Opportunity from the Ground Up

“Empowering workers, growing businesses, strengthening communities.”

About Me

I was born in Emporia, Kansas in 2003 and raised right here in south-central Kansas. I moved to Wichita in 2012, spent several years in Valley Center, and returned to Wichita in 2024. This community isn’t just where I live, it's home.

In 2021, I enlisted in the Kansas Army National Guard to serve the state that raised me. I completed Basic Training in 2022 and graduated from Advanced Individual Training in 2023. Through my service, I’ve learned discipline, leadership, accountability, and the importance of putting mission and people first.

After returning home, I enrolled in college, where I am majoring in Finance with a minor in Multi-Organizational Leadership. I am also a member of ROTC and will commission as an officer upon graduating this spring. My education and military training have prepared me to think strategically, manage resources responsibly, and lead with integrity.

Service has always been at the center of my life whether through the National Guard, ROTC, or community involvement. Now, I want to continue serving not only in uniform, but also by representing our district in the Kansas House. I believe in strong communities, responsible leadership, economic opportunity, and policies that strengthen Kansas families and businesses.

Wichita and the surrounding communities shaped who I am. I am ready to work every day to ensure our district has a strong voice in Topeka and a brighter future ahead.

Policies for our prosperity

  • Progressive Corporate Tax: I want to implement a tiered business tax system that adjusts corporate tax rates based on size, revenue, and profitability. This approach shift the tax burden from families and small businesses to large corporations. This will allow for small businesses to have the resources to grow while large corporations contribute their fair share to fund infrastructure, education, and workforce programs which they use more of.

  • Kansas Governor Salary Linked to State Income Policy: It is a continuous issue within our state that the governor prioritizes the well being of corporate interest over Kansans. I want the state to tie the Governor’s salary to the average or median income of Kansans, so that executive compensation rises and falls in line with the prosperity of the people. Along with this the governor should get a bonus for salary and GDP growth in excess of the national average. This creates an incentive for policies that promote economic growth while preventing disconnect between the government and the people.

  • Kansas Nuclear Energy Incentive: I will propose that the state implement special incentives for modular nuclear power along with nuclear power in general these projects will create jobs and will generate electricity for Kansas residents and businesses, supporting long-term energy independence, low-carbon energy, and economic development through low energy cost.

  • Kansas Teacher Performance & Excellence Bonus Program: I will propose that the state will implement a performance based bonus program for teachers, giving teachers a financial incentives for there students to achieve high test scores or demonstrate significant academic improvement (for historically underperforming schools). The program is designed to motivate teachers to focus on raising the performance of all students, reducing the number of underperforming students, and improving overall educational outcomes.

  • State Commercial Bank for Economic Development (SCBED): I will begin the work that is needed to establish a state commercial bank firstly by getting rid of Article 13 of the Kansas constitution since its stripped already and is preventing the formation of a state bank. We should form a publicly chartered State Commercial Bank dedicated to providing low-cost loans, credit lines, and financial services to startups, entrepreneurs, and small-to-medium businesses. The bank will operate on sound financial principles while prioritizing economic development and job creation.
